Old Fashioned — a cocktail built on Bourbon or rye.

How to make it

2 oz bourbon or rye, 1 sugar cube (or 1 tsp simple syrup), 2 dashes Angostura bitters. Muddle bitters and sugar with a splash of water, add spirit and a large ice cube, stir, express an orange peel over the top.
